AUTOMATION IN THE UC ENVIRONMENT

New employees should get their specific configuration of their end devices quickly and easily. Ideally, only one number from a pool is assigned and all topics such as setting up the telephone, provision of the voicemail box, activation in the Contact Center Express are automated. This is exactly where the course starts. Automation topics such as interfaces (APIs) in the various areas are considered. On the one hand, the internal cloud solutions as well as those offered by Cisco, such as Cisco Webex Teams and Meetings, are considered. Participants should be familiar with programming in Python beforehand.
