For various customers, not only an SBC was introduced as part of the migration away from ISDN to SIP trunks, but also the number budget was modernized.
Customer wanted a mixed operation of a Cisco UC environment and MS Teams. Here the connection was realized by means of several SIP trunks based on Cisco CUBE in the direction of teams(Direct Routing)
The requirement was to design a design that connects several locations and integrates Webex into the Cisco on-premises components.
An audit of the entire UC environment of the customer was accompanied by the e.g. compliance with the requirements of IT basic protection have been checked.
The previous Cisco Telepresence Server has been replaced by the successor Cisco Meeting Server (CMS). Design, planning were agreed and implemented. The system has been included in the existing Cisco TMS to continue to be able to schedule meetings. For the users, the previous look-and-feel was maintained.
Setting up a hotline in the UCCX is usually a relatively short process. In the specific case, an implementation was made for a call center that serves different customers. The special challenge was not to allow the caller to draw any conclusions about the use of the call center for different customers. Thus, among other things, different waiting loops had to be realized that use different announcements and waiting music, as well as clearly show the agent for which customer the call is.
