BASICS FOR THE COLLABORATION AREA AT CISCO
This course should be attended as an introduction. Knowledge is imparted by means of which it is possible to administer an existing installation. This of course includes the CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), CUC (Cisco Unity Connection - answering machine), a SIP gateway and various endpoints such as the Jabber client.
Overall, the course builds on an existing environment in which daily tasks such as setting up new telephones, providing answering machines or setting up users are considered. Of course, topics such as number plans or reporting, maintenance and integration between the individual systems are also addressed.
