At the beginning of the workshop, the previous knowledge is checked. Usually a lot of know-how is available. Often, however, this is relatively specifically limited to the daily issues in the job. This is exactly what is being discussed and the attempt is made to expand the know-how to all necessary areas. This is done on the one hand through practical exercises and on the other hand through theoretical parts, which are considered either in groups or individually.
The workshop itself usually runs over 5 days. For an exam in which the manufacturer recommends at least 3 to 5 years of practical experience, it is relatively difficult to cover all topics to the necessary depth in just one week. You should therefore be aware that not all of the know-how to pass the exam can be conveyed within 5 days. A mentoring can take place afterwards in which individual topics are considered individually.
