Concepts and operating documentation

Concepts

In many cases, the documentation of an environment simply consists of concepts on the basis of which an implementation has been carried out. Depending on the customer, the concepts are comprehensive or just for individual areas. Sometimes the desirable overarching concept is missing or references between the individual concepts are incomplete. This is not always helpful for example if certifications like ISO certifications are expected to achieve. The concepts can be reviewed. This review can include adjustments to fit your environment.

operating documentation

An operating manual is not only useful for 1st level support. Even in the case of 2nd and 3rd level support, this is definitely a help in recognizing and complying with standards. It also helps new employees to orientate themselves. It is important that this is always kept up to date.
