Various workshops have been held over the years. Depending on the customer's wishes, special topics were dealt with that are not included in the standard course. Specific protocols or connections to 3rd party products can be of interest here. Sometimes there was only the desire for an overview.Depending on the requirements, documents can be created or the whiteboards filled in during a workshop are recorded.
A very popular variant is that topics are viewed on the customer's system, screenshots are taken and explanations are provided. This can be combined with consulting in which the system is viewed and options for optimization are shown.
